Pre-Week to Day 7
- Live-Kick Off and the Commercialisation Advantage Platform opens.
- The Community Platform opens and Bonus 1 is released.
- On Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 3 Core Modules are released that unearth core principles such as the '3 Killer Chasms', 'Your Commercial GPS' and 'Your Driver Destination'.
- Bonus 2 is available on Sunday...a surprise high-profile, guest practitioner.
Days 8 to 14
- On Monday, Module 4 is released to provide the process and tools needed to define 'Your Commercialisation Journey Map'.
- On Tuesday join our first LIVE CLASS and Q&A.
- Modules 5 and 6 are released on Wednesday and Friday, 'Inside Looking Out' and 'Inside Looking In'.
- You continue to access Case Studies, apply learning, and use the commercialisation models and tools.
- Your disciplined strategy and plan begins to take shape.
Days 15 to 21
- On Monday, in Module 7, we take a complete dive into 'Your Commercialisation Strategy'.
- Join the second LIVE CLASS and Q&A on Tuesday.
- Module 8, on Wednesday is when we give you the ability to continually monitor and communicate your commercialisation progress through 'A Single Pane of Glass'.
- Friday is reserved to release Module 9, 'The Project Workshop' as we enter the Bonus Project Week!
